COD and Prepaid

At Lado Design Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Instead, the return amount will be provided as a store credit voucher.

Store Credit
The issued voucher can be used only on our website for future purchases.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original tags must be intact
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions
If the exchange is due to customer error
(example: customer ordered L but needs XL):

The shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

If the exchange is due to our mistake
(example: wrong product or defective product):

Lado Design Studio will cover the shipping charges.

Customers are welcome to visit our physical store every day between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

For your convenience, online shopping is also available directly through our website. All online orders are dispatched within two days and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
