At Lado Design Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• We do not provide cash refunds.

• Instead, the return amount will be provided as a store credit voucher.

Store Credit

• The issued voucher can be used only on our website for future purchases.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags must be intact

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

 

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

If the exchange is due to customer error
(example: customer ordered L but needs XL):

• The shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

If the exchange is due to our mistake
(example: wrong product or defective product):

• Lado Design Studio will cover the shipping charges.

Additional Notes

• Exchanges depend on product availability.

• Products that do not meet the exchange conditions may not be accepted.
